How do I get started?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Finale Inventory offers a month to month option as well as an annual option. The month to month option has no long-term commitment, contracts on your part, or cancellation fees of any kind. You can also export all your data in .xls or .pdf format at anytime.
Are there any set-up or hidden fees to create an account?
No. The only cost is the monthly subscription fee of your Finale plan. There are no set-up or other hidden fees to get started on Finale.
How are the training sessions organized?
Training sessions are 45-60 minute phone based training with real-time screen sharing.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Any account owner can change the plan from your application settings (Billings tab) or you can contact us and we will gladly make the change for you. For monthly changes, the change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For annual changes, the remainder of the year will be prorated.
Can I add more users?
Contact us if you need to purchase additional users on any plan.
Can Finale handle special requirements?
Finale is a flexible system and we've worked with many companies to handle their unique requirements. If you are a custom level account, please reach out to us to discuss your unique requirements and application.
