How do I get started?
Get started with a custom consultation.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Finale Inventory offers a month-to-month option as well as an annual option. The month-to-month option has no long-term commitment. You can export your data in .xls or .pdf format at any time.
Are there any set-up or hidden fees to create an account?
Setup fees may be applicable depending on the complexity of the integration, service request, or special project. Before engaging in any such project, your rep will provide pricing for your review.
How are the training sessions organized?
Training sessions are 45–60 minute phone-based training with real-time screen sharing. We will train you on various topics, excluding the QuickBooks Online integration.
Are there overage charges for my account?
Overcharges are applicable if you outgrow your current plan limits. These are included in pricing provided by reps and part of your contract, so there are no surprises as you grow.
Can I add more users?
Contact your rep if you need to purchase additional users on any plan.
Can Finale handle special requirements?
Finale is a flexible system, and we’ve worked with many companies to handle unique requirements. If you are a custom-level account, please reach out to discuss your requirements and application.
