Where Zentail Comes In
Zentail lets you avoid duplicative efforts when listing to multiple channels. Rather than logging into each channel and listing the same product several times by hand, you can use Zentail to automatically list to every channel at once.
The Zentail platform understands the different hangups and requirements of each channel. It's equipped with tools, like their proprietary SMART Types technology and dynamic repricers, to accurately categorize and manage your catalog. You can make bulk (or SKU-by-SKU) edits to your listings, price products competitively, keep track of your profitability, and even route orders to specific warehouses.
Where Finale Comes In
When orders are received from any one channel, Finale will sync the orders from Zentail and decrement the stock to accurately track your stock. Finale will then update the availability to Zendesk which, in turn, will update the inventory counts on the other selling channels.
Similarly, when a PO shipment is received, Finale and Zentail will work in conjunction to add the additional inventory to all the selling channels. Any quantity changes resulting from a stock operation will be updated to Zentail within five minutes to ensure that all selling channels have accurate stock counts and to prevent overselling.
Setting up your Zentail integration is designed to be quick and easy. Finale will automatically sync your Zentail catalog to create the products. The only additional step requires importing your initial stock counts.

Finale's integrated barcode scanner software works with any Windows Mobile scanner, Android barcode scanner, or Android phone to allow warehouse workers to efficiently perform warehouse operations with fewer human errors. Advanced batch picking operations, wave picking or pick and pack, will significantly increase productivity and decrease picking errors to improve picking accuracy. When the operations are completed, simply sync the data from the scanner to Finale to make the changes available to everyone.
Product Kitting. Present more selling options to your prospective customers by setting up kits or bundles from your existing "child" products. When a kit is sold, Finale does the work behind the scenes and will properly decrement the inventory stocks level of the child products.
Restock Forecasting. One of the biggest challenges of scaling a business is to ensure that you have enough inventory on hand. Leveraging the sales velocity of a product, Finale will automatically calculate dynamic reorder points based on your inputs - supplier lead time, desired safety stock, and expected sales growth - to make smarter, faster reordering purchase decisions.
Finale's restock forecasting gives you one less thing to worry about. When your inventory gets low, we'll send you an alert letting you know it's time to send out a purchase order. You can email the purchase order directly from Finale, and when you receive your shipment with Finale, Finale will update all your channels with updated stock quantities.
Multiple Shipping Location Support. With the Zentail inventory management solution, you can easily manage your inventory across multiple warehouses.
POS Support. If you also have a brick-and-mortar store, it becomes more challenging to have a firm grasp of inventory when conducting both offline and online orders since inventory is typically shared. When Finale is connected to your POS system, you can easily track inventory across both online and offline sales channels in one central location.
High Transaction Volumes Support. Do you conduct a large number of monthly transactions? No problem.
