We are seeking a dynamic BDR Manager to join our ambitious team and contribute to our continuous success. A fully-remote company, this person will be expected to work core hours across time zones, with travel required up to 15% throughout the year.

Job Summary
As a BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts, setup essential systems and processes, and build a high-performing BDR team. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will be a key player in achieving our goal of increasing qualified demos and contributing to the larger company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Sales Calls: Actively engage in calling on marketing leads to generate sales opportunities. Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
- Nurturing leads: keep prospects that are not yet ready to buy thinking of Finale Inventory and queue them up for a demo when they are
- Demo setting: ensure all booked prospects who agree to a demo call show up for the call
- System and Process Setup: Establish and optimize sales systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track team performance. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Building: Hire and onboard junior BDR team members. Build a team culture that is aligned with company values and goals.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new BDRs, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their targets.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to BDRs. Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS and/or ecommerce sector
- Resumes submitted without experience in B2B, SaaS and/or ecommerce will not be considered
- Experience in building, leading and managing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of complex software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and sales metrics
- Results-driven with a knack for problem-solving and innovation
Hiring Process
Interviews will be held remotely. Candidates will meet with various members of the team, both individually and as a group, including at the executive level.
