Job Summary
As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager for Finale, you will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting a wide range of marketing activities to help reach company goals. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance our digital presence, engage with our audience, and drive lead generation efforts. Your work will include conducting market research, content planning and development, creating partner marketing assets, nurturing leads through creative content creation, and leveraging digital marketing tools to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Engage in lead nurturing activities by creating and coordinating compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and nurturing sequences, tailored to our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on email marketing campaigns, from segmentation, to concept and through to execution, to engage our audience of sellers, partners, and users.
- Create exciting landing pages which engage prospects to learn more about Finale
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the messaging and content strategy of the company website, blog, and social media outlets, ensuring a consistent, helpful, and SEO-friendly approach
- Support partner marketing efforts through collaborative campaigns and initiatives that broaden our reach with external partners and reinforce our market presence. Examples include (but are not limited to) webinar planning, collateral creation, and content planning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for the company.
- Plan and participate in tradeshows and other off-site events, helping with logistics, setup and booth staffing.
- Act as main project manager on a variety of initiatives, being sure to provide timely updates to team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality of output, and adherence to marketing best practices.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 to monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, generating insights to inform marketing strategies and improve performance. Organize, update, and share key metrics and KPIs with marketing team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Familiarity with HubSpot, or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Experience with WordPress or other website building tools.
- Experience creating lead nurturing sequences to actively engage prospects.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- "Good people" vibes is a must. Funny, witty, and clever are just as important.
Nice-to-have Skills
