Finale has the ability to manage your inventory from your Amazon orders from two common configurations. The first configuration allows for a direct connection between your Amazon marketplaces(s) and Finale. Amazon FBM (fulfilled by merchant) and Amazon FBA orders are automatically synced to Finale where it will make the proper stock adjustments.
With the Amazon inventory management solution, any quantity changes resulting from a stock operation (such as receiving a PO shipment or a shipping out an order) will be updated to your Amazon listing within five minutes to prevent overselling.

There are NO changes required to your current ShipStation configuration to immediately start syncing orders to Finale and effectively managing your inventory.
Auto Update your Amazon Listing. Finale will manage customer orders from Amazon and other channels. The software will keep track of all stock levels and will auto-update stock levels back to stock quantities to Amazon and across other channels. Finale will also be optionally configured to update fulfillment latency (handling time) to your Amazon listings.

Push Supplier Qty and Lead Times when you run out of stock. Every company strives to have a low buffer of stock to minimize inventory holding costs. Sellers collaborate closely with their suppliers and factor in delivery time to attempt to ensure new product shipments before stock run out.
If sophisticated sellers can receive a product data file or a data feed from vendors, sellers will leverage Finale to push supplier qty and lead times to Amazon so they do not turn their Amazon listing when they run out stock. For example, if you have 4 pairs of jeans in your warehouse and your suppliers and 14 pairs, Finale can be configured to push a qty of 18 units to your Amazon listings.
Compatible with International Amazon Stores. Whether you sell in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, or Italy via Amazon, Finale can manage your inventory and push stock updates back to those Amazon marketplaces. Multiple Amazon accounts can be connected to a single Finale Inventory account.
Support allowing multiple SKUs for a unique Product ID. When you are selling products in different marketplaces (e.g. Amazon and eBay), you may be forced to have different SKUs for the same product.
