Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Finale Inventory is a month-to-month service. There are no long-term commitment or contracts on your part. You can export all your data in .xls or .pdf format at anytime.

Are there any set-up or hidden fees to create an account?
No. The only cost is the monthly cost of the Finale plan. There are no set-up or other hidden fees to get started on Finale.

How do the training sessions works?
Training sessions are 60-90 minute phone based training with real-time screen shares. Advanced training includes one-to-one personalized training sessions.

Can I change plans at any time?
Contact us at any time to change plans. You will be billed the price of the new plan at the start of the next billing cycle.

What is an item?
An item is a product definition, SKU, barcode, lot identifier, or serial number.
