Geekseller Inventory Management

Geekseller Inventory Management Software For Your Growing Business

Allow Finale Inventory to easily track of inventory stock levels so you can focus on the other aspects of your business

Our cloud inventory control system helps accurately track inventory operations and reduce the complexity of multi-channel selling (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy). Finale’s Geekseller inventory management solution provides an ideal solution for online retailers who are selling on multiple marketplaces and are using GeekSeller to assist with their Jet listings.

If you are leveraging GeekSeller to create your product listings on Jet.com, our direct integration with Jet.com will work not correctly out of the box. Although Finale will push stock levels to Jet.com, GeekSeller acts as the “master” inventory and does not allow other software to push inventory stock levels directly to Jet.

For example, if Finale pushes a stock level of 10 units of Product A, Jet will have a qty of 10. However, if Geekseller has a qty of 0 units for Product A, Geekseller will not allow the order when it is sent by Jet since it believes that there is 0 qty in stock.

There are two viable solutions to quickly resolve this:

1) You can contact the Jet.com support team and asked them to turn off inventory updating from your Jet.com account. As a result, Finale will be the master inventory and push inventory updates to Jet.com.

2) Finale can be configured to periodically FTP stock reports directly to Geekseller, which in turn will update Jet.

Benefits Using Finale’s Geekseller inventory management solution

There are many benefits to using Finale Inventory as your Jet Inventory Management solution.

Auto Update your GeekSeller inventory. Finale will manage customer orders from Jet and other channels. Finale will keep track of all stock levels and will auto-update stock levels back to stock quantities to Jet and across other channels.

Support allowing multiple SKUs for a unique Product ID. With the Geekseller inventory management, when you are selling products in different marketplaces (e.g. Jet and eBay), you may be forced to have different SKUs for the same product. Many customers manage this unnecessary complexity with Excel worksheets. Finale Inventory handles this with a couple mouse clicks to easily map multiple marketplace SKUs to a single Finale product id.

Restock Forecasting.  Running a growing business is hard.  There’s a lot you have to keep up with.  Leveraging the sales velocity of a product, Finale will automatically calculate dynamic reorder points based on your inputs – supplier lead time, desired safety stock, and expected sales growth — to make smarter, faster purchasing decisions.

Restock forecasting from Finale gives you one less thing to worry about. When your inventory gets low, we’ll send you an alert letting you know it’s time to send out a purchase order. You can email the purchase order directly from Finale, and when you receive your shipment with Finale, Finale will update all your channels with the will be updated stock quantities.

High Transaction Volumes Support. Conduct a large number of monthly transactions? No problem. Finale Inventory can support up to 50K transactions per month, and we are scaling our architecture to support even higher volumes. High transaction customers should be considering leveraging our integrated turnkey mobile barcode solution to decrease warehouse operations times from receiving and picking while improving accuracy.

Multiple Shipping Location Support. The Geekseller inventory management solution will easily manage your inventory across multiple shipping warehouses from Finale Inventory.

Product Kitting. Present more selling options to your prospective customers by setting up kits or bundles from your existing products.

Avoid Stock Outs. Keep your business humming along by creating product count thresholds to know what needs to be reordered to avoid costly stock-outs.

Status Change Automation. When products are back ordered, orders containing those products are typically marked as “On Hold” in ShipStation. When those products are received in your warehouse and recorded in Finale, Finale will automatically change the order status from “On Hold” to “Waiting” in ShipStation.
